Due in part to multiple economic circumstances which saw a decline in footfall across the hospitality industry in the UK, Pizza Express was required to make a series of redundancies. The changes made impacted multiple locations and job functions and Pizza Express were keen to ensure that support for exiting employees was valuable and effective.
