Faced with an organisational restructure aimed at driving operational efficiencies in a number of key areas, Clifford Chance sought to re-engage with Renovo to help support a range of different employees who faced redundancy as a result of the changes. Coming as they did during the pandemic, employees found themselves in the midst of one of the most unique and challenging job markets in recent memory.
