Background

Knight Frank had not up to this point provided Career Transition support to its employees. However outplacement had been identified as a potential service line to help the business demonstrate its credentials as a responsible employer; specifically, to support those individuals exiting the business through redundancy, as well as to attract and retain key talent. Initially the internal team had reached out to a handful of outplacement providers before engaging more closely with a smaller group who had been identified and shortlisted based upon service cost, as well as the perceived suitability of their services such as career coaching and wellbeing support.

Knight Frank were looking to support a large and varied group of employees and needed a provider that would be able to offer a flexible solution that could meet the needs of a diverse employee base.

The Solution
