Knight Frank had not up to this point provided Career Transition support to its employees. However outplacement had been identified as a potential service line to help the business demonstrate its credentials as a responsible employer; specifically, to support those individuals exiting the business through redundancy, as well as to attract and retain key talent. Initially the internal team had reached out to a handful of outplacement providers before engaging more closely with a smaller group who had been identified and shortlisted based upon service cost, as well as the perceived suitability of their services such as career coaching and wellbeing support.
