What is Personal Career Coaching?

Providing your employees with support from a Personal Career Coach dramatically increases their chances of moving on quickly so our model is designed to help you provide as much of this support as possible. Our Professional and Executive Programmes provide your employees with unlimited 1-2-1 support from their Coach over a 3 or 6 month period, meaning that each employee can adapt the support to their specific needs over their entire job search.
The Coach will be on hand at every stage of the process, providing the type of practical support and guidance from a recruitment market expert that is crucial to success in today’s job market. With much of the support being delivered through telephone or Skype that support can be highly responsive and provided when it is needed most, helping with individual applications, tailoring CVs or working with individuals on preparation for a specific interview.

With unlimited access to their Coach and the control to build the support around their needs, every employee’s support will look entirely different. However, some of the key areas in which we support your employees include:
