What is Emotional & Wellbeing Support?

The 24/7 Emotional & Wellbeing Support provides your employees with around-the-clock access to counsellors accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and employed by our wellbeing partner and helpline specialists, Connect Assist.
Understanding that redundancy can have an impact on an individual’s life well beyond the workplace, we made a conscious decision to integrate the support into all of our outplacement programmes.
The support is available via phone, text, email and live chat for a 6 or 12 month period, which means every employee has flexible access to a trained professional for advice on tackling a range of difficult issues at every stage of their career transition and into their next employment.
