Our Cancellations Policy

Our coaches work on an appointment basis so they will schedule a specified time slot just for you. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment that you provide us with as much notice as possible. This way, our coaches will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly to accommodate other participants who are waiting for an appointment.

Face to Face Appointments

If you need to cancel a face to face appointment with your coach we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will work with you to reschedule the appointment at a time that is convenient to both you and your coach.

If you cancel a face to face appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the face to face meeting will be considered spent.

If you fail to attend a face to face appointment without any notice, the face to face meeting will be considered spent.

It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments. You are always welcome to contact your coach and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
