Communication & Engagement

Whether you’re supporting one individual or many, it’s vital to give employees access to the information they need to understand the support available, how it can help them and how to access it. Our Stakeholder Sessions can ensure there is a strong foundation of knowledge across the HR or Management Teams delivering the messages through consultation while our Employee Awareness Sessions give employees an opportunity to hear from us directly about the support, whether on-site or via webinar. Our Welcome Books will give your employees just the right balance of information about the support on offer and provide simple instructions for accessing the support, while for larger projects we can also create a bespoke Renovo Animation to really bring the support to life at the click of a link.

Onboarding & Account Management

While our primary focus is to provide exceptional support for your employees, we also very clearly understand that those managing the consultation process need well informed, responsive and experienced support from their outplacement partner.

With Renovo, you will have a dedicated Client Operations Manager who will be on hand to support you throughout the delivery of the support with oversight of all aspects of operational performance from delivery and implementation through to project management and reporting. Whether it be helping to determine the right communication mix for the project, ensuring that referral processes are clear, answering day to day queries or providing progress updates and reporting, you will have an experienced outplacement professional there to support you every step of the way.

Measuring & Reporting

We understand how important it is for you to know that the support is having a real-world impact and also that you can demonstrate the impact of the support back to the business. We’re a results focussed outplacement company and we have developed an infrastructure which allows us to closely monitor and measure the effectiveness of the support we’re providing and give you the MI you need.

We’ll work with you to build a strong SLA at the start of the process so you know what to expect from the support and can be clear in your communication with employees while our advanced Case Management software can give us real time updates on levels of engagement, average coaching hours, resettlement timelines and of course, outcomes.  Our bespoke Participant Surveys capture not only quantitative but the qualitative data you need to really bring the impact of the support to life and enable you to see the real-world stories and successes. Then we package this up into timely and accessible reporting provided through your Client Operations Manager so you can see, at a glance, the true value of the support and demonstrate clear ROI.
