Background

After a successful partnership spanning several years, UnLtd did not hesitate to reach out to Renovo when they were looking to make a sizable restructure. As a result of rising costs alongside reduced funding, UnLtd had to make a number of redundancies, so needed to partner with an outplacement provider they could trust who could provide seamless support with a variety of solutions that could be rolled out to the organisation.

There needed to be a variety of options including career coaching and online tools and resources to ensure employees across the organisation could be offered the most valuable support for their individual personal situations.
It was important to UnLtd to be able to lean into support that was sensitive yet seamless so they could ease people into the organisational change with minimal disruption.
The support set up and mobilisation needed to be smooth and efficient, with good reporting so that the value of support could be monitored and feedback from exiting employees provided.
The Solution
UnLtd chose to provide all employees with the Professional Plus Programme, which gave them flexible support including a personal Career Coach and access to Workfriend, Renovo’s online portal.
Employees felt the programme they received really offered the ideal blend of support and care – Renovo’s human approach to the offering was very sensitive.
Renovo quickly established simple and effective set up and mobilisation with the HR Team and having one Account Manager on hand to answer all enquiries was valuable. Reporting was clear, relevant and well-structured.
