Chris is responsible for the delivery of the Renovo company vision and strategy with oversight across the commercial and operational functions. He has ultimate accountability for company performance, working closely with the Leadership Team and Renovo’s parent company, Liberata, to drive the continuing growth of the business, and ensure continuing innovation and excellence in our products and services.
Seema oversees the successful delivery of our programmes and services, leading an Operations Team that manages all aspects of service delivery, from project implementation and management to client support and reporting. Seema is also responsible for the continuous improvement and innovation of our service delivery capabilities whether that be through our internal team, trusted coaching network or partners.
Rhys has oversight across all our commercial activity, leading an experienced team that together manage of our client facing activity, from acquiring and onboarding new clients, nurturing and developing our existing client relationships alongside sales channel development. Rhys is also responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy which includes online and offline brand building and product positioning.
As Head of Career Coaching, Emma Louise takes the lead role in driving the quality and effectiveness of our coaching activity across all our programmes and services. She also oversees the ongoing development and improvement of our key resources, from developing new workshops and webinars to building and producing new engaging careers content for our website and Workfriend resources.
Luke is responsible for driving our client acquisition strategy, working closely with our marketing team to ensure that our message reaches HR decisionmakers across the UK and ensure that they onboard successfully with Renovo. Luke is also responsible for managing key channel partners, such as our sponsorship of the HR Ninjas community.
