As part of these partnerships, we have the opportunity to help those with quite significant barriers to employment and we are proud to continue the work we do in this sector.

Overwhelmingly the support we provide is aimed at those affected by redundancy, however, we also help the long term unemployed back into work. By partnering with Renovo, third sector clients understand they will be providing their membership with access to best in class job search support on the most cost effective basis possible.

As a leading provider of career transition support, Renovo supports thousands of individuals each year and the way in which we manage those relationships can have an effect on our combined carbon footprint.

With over 70% of our career coaching delivered on a distance basis, our support removes unnecessary car, train and aeroplane journeys. Individuals can communicate with their coach from the comfort of their own home, which as well as having cost and time saving benefits for the individuals we support, has associated benefits for the environment.

At a time of increased economic instability, we believe that outplacement support should be available to as many people affected by redundancy as possible, regardless of location, sector, function or level.

Through our innovative approach, we have created a range of solutions which are up to 80% more cost effective than the industry standard, enabling organisations to provide support for a much larger number of employees than ever before.
