Laughter; bringing you closer

So should laughter be something that is actively encouraged in the workplace? When people laugh at the same thing it can bring them closer together, individuals bond more effectively and are more productive in a positive working environment where relationships are fun and conducted in an appropriate manner. If laughter brings out the best in people and unites them, let them laugh a little and they’ll do great things!
