Background

Due in part to multiple economic circumstances which saw a decline in footfall across the hospitality industry in the UK, Pizza Express was required to make a series of redundancies. The changes made impacted multiple locations and job functions and Pizza Express were keen to ensure that support for exiting employees was valuable and effective. Pizza Express was working with another outplacement provider however they were underwhelmed by their current provision. Having experienced mediocre Outplacement Support in the past, the new provider needed to provide robust support that was cost-effective and quick to implement for impacted individuals.
