Background

Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a global organisation, with a close-knit employee population in the UK. The UK business prides itself on its supportive culture and was quick to act when organisational change was initially identified. The Challenge
Some of the Chugai Pharma Europe/UK employees had been with the company for up to 20 years. This meant that many of them had little to no familiarity with the current job market.
Impacted employees worked in a range of roles, from Administrators through to very technical staff. As a result, the business needed support from a provider that would be able to offer a tailored solution for employees from different job roles and backgrounds.
The Chugai Pharma Europe/UK HR Team needed support for both larger-scale projects as well as more ad hoc needs, so communication from their provider of choice had to be clear and proactive.
The Solution
