UK – Renovo, The Outplacement Specialists revealed today their plans to expand their commercial and operational teams in response to another period of significant growth in the demand for the company’s innovative outplacement service.
Revenue increased by 35% year to date for the first six months of 2017, with a record number of new client acquisitions. Renovo credits this success to the popularity of their remote delivery outplacement model which is delivering outstanding results – helping thousands of people transition back to work faster than more traditional outplacement methods, whilst saving clients on average 60% on spend.
“Fundamental to the growth of the business has been the results we deliver for the individuals and organisations we support. Adding to our impressive commercial performance we have maintained an enviable 54 days to resettlement across our outplacement programmes with over 97% of participants rating their personal career coach as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.” comments Managing Director, Chris Parker.
Planning for further growth, Renovo has moved into larger premises within their well-established Kings House headquarters, including the development of Skype rooms for virtual one to one coaching to support the delivery of Renovo’s innovative outplacement service to clients across the UK and Northern Europe.
The addition of a state of the art training facility will enable the growth and development of Renovo’s specialist coaching team and create a genuine centre of excellence for outplacement and career transition coaching.
Chris Parker explains, “We have a really passionate, committed team and it’s only right we create the type of environment that reflects their commitment. The new offices are modern, spacious and equipped with the latest technology to ensure the team can focus on what they do best – helping individuals move on successfully post redundancy.”
