Your dedicated Account Manager will provide guidance throughout the delivery of the support with oversight over all aspects of performance. There to answer day to day queries or provide more substantial progress updates and reporting, you will have an experienced outplacement professional available to support you every step of the way.

Communication

Effective communication is critical to achieve strong engagement and maximise the impact of the support for employees. We’ve got everything you need to build the right communication plan - our Key Stakeholder Sessions will ensure the HR Team and Line Managers have the information they need to talk to employees confidently about the support and our Employee Awareness Sessions give employees an opportunity to learn about the support from us directly, either on-site or via webinar. Our bespoke Welcome Books will give you high quality written material to share with employees and you can share real life impact stories through our Employee Experience videos.

Reporting

Your Careerminds dashboard will provide you with complete visibility on the progress of the project, providing real time updates on employee engagement, coaching hours, resettlement timelines and of course, outcomes for your employees.

Detailed Participant Surveys capture not only quantitative but the qualitative data you need to really bring the impact of the support to life and Quarterly Business Reviews with your Account Manager can provide additional context and an opportunity to reflect on the impact of the support and help you demonstrate clear ROI back to the business.
