Absolutely not. The Three Programmes are there to make it simple and transparent to buy support for your employees, but they’re certainly not meant to be restrictive. We will work with you to build a package of support that works for you and your people.
Yes, absolutely. It is vital that your employees are supported by the same Coach who understands their individual requirements and can work with them over time to adapt and evolve the support as their needs develop.
It means just that. Your employees would be able to access regular, flexible, timely support from their Coach on an appointment basis during standard working hours for the duration of their programme, on an unrestricted basis.
Yes we do. We recognise that it’s not always appropriate or possible to provide support on a one-to-one basis and we regularly go onsite to deliver workshops on key areas like CVs and Applications, Effective Job Searching and Interview Techniques. We also provide onsite one-to-one support through our Career Clinics.
It’s very easy to get support set up. Whether you’re looking to support one individual or managing a large-scale change project, you can make referrals simply and securely via the Renovo Referral Portal and from there we’ll do the rest.
Once you have Renovo onboarded as a supplier, employees can be set up with support within 2-3 working days of being referred. Naturally onsite support has a longer lead time and we recommend leaving 3-4 weeks for such events.
Of course, that does depend on the support you are providing but our outplacement programmes start from as little as £195 per person.
We’re a results focussed business. You will be assigned an Account Manager who will help you to quickly mobilise support, drive engagement and measure impact through meaningful reporting on areas such as average coaching hours and outcomes.
